Blue Sage Estate

The Blue Sage Estate, is a new-build residence in Gilbert, Arizona. Designed in collaboration with a premier builder and architect, the home was envisioned as a retirement retreat tailored for multigenerational living and frequent family gatherings. The design balances dramatic architectural elements with comfortable functionality, resulting in a space that feels both striking and welcoming. A highlight of the estate is the kitchen’s barrel-arched beamed ceiling, which draws the eye upward while creating a sense of scale and drama. Rich material selections, including herringbone wood flooring, walnut cabinetry, quartzite countertops, and painted brick, layer the interiors with depth and character. Complemented by carefully curated lighting and custom furnishings, each room speaks to both beauty and purpose.
