#OliveAndOak tells a quieter story of luxury. Built on land that was once Gilbert farmland, this home was designed around the idea of growth.

This home was designed for our clients’ current season of life: raising kids, gathering with friends, and making a lot of memories along the way.

That perspective shaped so many of our decisions. Luxury doesn’t always have to mean bigger or more dramatic. Sometimes it’s simply a home that feels beautiful, functions incredibly well, and gives your family the space to grow.

That’s what our #OliveAndOak design was all about!

My Hot Take on Open Concept Design

“We’ve watched the attitude and approach to open floor plan design shift a little. Spending more time and focusing on personal relationships and human interactions in such a digital world has created a new way that architects and designers are approaching space, bigger is not always better.

Space that encourages interaction and conversation, rooms that focus on the function at hand, curating interest and meaningful rooms all are being better thought through today than the open concept only push.”
