Bella Vista Estate Remodel

This luxury remodel of a once-dated Tuscan-style home in Gilbert embraces bright, open-concept design combined with traditional charm and modern elegance. We removed the rotunda entry and unused bar wall to seamlessly connect the kitchen, great room, and dining spaces. The reoriented kitchen now overlooks the backyard, anchored by a dramatic island and flanked by two pantries, including a personalized “pretty pantry” for mom with custom wallpaper and shelving. Natural light floods deep into the home through relocated windows and glass doors, enhancing an indoor-outdoor flow. Classic neutrals, warm wood tones, floral wallpapers, and elegant traditional furnishings combined with refined fixtures created a home that is light, cozy, and functionally modern.
