We reworked how the rooms in our #GracefulArcadia connect, opened up sightlines, and improved the flow throughout the home so the existing square footage worked harder.

When we remodel, we’re not automatically looking for ways to add more space. We’re looking at how your current space is being used and where we can make it more functional.

Sometimes the best way to make a home feel bigger isn’t adding square footage, but designing the square footage you already have better.

One of the best parts of building custom is getting to think beyond the typical rooms and really create spaces around the way your family lives.

For our #WinchesterEstate family, that meant turning the basement into a place made for FUN. A climbing wall, trampoline, basketball court, and even a slide make this a space their kids can truly grow up in and enjoy for years to come.

And just because a space is designed for play doesn’t mean we forget about the design. We get to stretch the creativity, think through what would make your family’s everyday life better, and then design a home completely around that!
