Mariposa Remodel

Our Mariposa Remodel in Scottsdale reflects a deliberate approach to improving how this home functions and supports everyday luxury living. In collaboration with Fenn Rogers Custom Homes, we reworked the layout to create stronger circulation and a more efficient use of each space. As interior designers, we focused on addressing key challenges in the original floor plan while preserving the architectural elements our clients valued. Every design decision was made with purpose—prioritizing clarity, usability, and long-term livability. Beginning in 2021, the project followed a thoughtful, phased process that allowed each space to be refined with intention. The result is a home that operates more cohesively and aligns more naturally with the clients’ lifestyle. This remodel demonstrates the impact of strategic design and strong collaboration, grounded in a clear vision from start to finish.
