Perched within the Sonoran Desert, our Pinnacle Peak Estate new build project reflects the work of our luxury interior design firm in Scottsdale. Created with Modern Splendor Custom Homes and Clint Miller Architect, the home preserves the natural desert landscape while opening to sweeping mountain views. Contemporary architecture is softened by warm woods, stone, and a desert-inspired palette. Designed for empty nesters with space for visiting family, the home includes a custom casita as a mother’s suite—where clean modern lines meet a refined touch of glam, seamlessly layered into the overall design.
