What’s a Design Book? It’s the “design manual” and most essential tool for accomplishing your custom home project. Its purpose is to provide a tangible file that houses all your designs in one place and to help the contractor bid for materials, submit permits, act as a guide for all design elements, and ultimately build your custom home based on the design we’ve put together with you!
