Our #HelloGorgeous luxury new build project started with a clear goal. With a growing family and a love for hosting holiday events, our clients chose to build a new home that could support both everyday living and larger gatherings.
Building from the ground up allowed us to plan each space with purpose. The layout supports how they move through their day while also making room for time spent together with family and friends.
Spaces for Homeschooling and Hosting
A key part of this home was creating a dedicated homeschool area. Since their children learn at home, it was important to design a space that is not only functional & organized, but also comfortable for daily use. We focused on storage and a good layout.
We also prioritized areas for hosting. The main living spaces were designed to feel open and connected, making it easier to gather during holidays and special occasions.

A Clean and Cohesive Design Direction
The overall design focused on a palette of whites and light woods. This kept the home feeling consistent from room to room and allowed the materials to stand out without needing any extra detail.

Adding Personality in the Kids’ Spaces
In the children’s bathrooms, we took a different approach. These spaces were designed to reflect each child’s personality. We used different color palettes, light fixtures, and vanity details to give each bathroom its own look.
These moments act as a special touch, adding variety to the home while still fitting within the overall design.

A Home Built to Grow With Them
Our #HelloGorgeous home was designed to support the family now and in the future. Every decision was made to balance function and comfort. We truly loved creating a home that works for how they live, learn, and spend time together!
