We recently had a past client come back to us after completing their outdoor spaces. The foundation was already there, but they wanted a few updates and beautiful, luxury furniture to make the space finally feel finished.

You don't always need more square footage in a luxury remodel... you just need smarter design decisions.

For our #MariposaRemodel kitchen, we worked within the same footprint but completely changed how the room functions. We kept the range in its original location, then repositioned the main island to create a bigger work zone and comfortable seating.

The square footage didn't change, but the experience of living in the kitchen did.

One of the design challenges at our #SomersetStation project was making an oversized home feel intimate without losing its grand appeal.

We did that through proportions and visual layering, bringing the scale down to a more approachable level while still honoring the architecture. Sometimes design is about creating an illusion to make scale breathable and not overwhelming.

People often assume the biggest investment in a luxury home is the marble, custom cabinetry, or statement lighting. It's not.

The real investment is the planning behind it all. The beautiful materials are easy to see. The months of planning that make them all come together are what truly set a luxury home apart.
