While our #AspenCourt project feels effortless, what you don’t see are the countless conversations, design decisions, and collaborations that shaped every space. From the architecture and finishes to the furnishings and styling, our goal was never to design individual rooms. It was to create one cohesive home where every element feels grounded.
Designing the Whole Home to Connect
Rather than designing each room as its own moment, we considered how each space would connect to the next. Repeating materials like white oak flooring, natural stone, handcrafted tile, and custom millwork creates a sense of rhythm throughout the home. As we move from room to room, the palette evolves naturally, giving each space its own personality while still feeling connected. It’s this continuity that makes a home feel intentional, instead of pieced together.
Many of the most impactful design decisions are also the ones that are easy to overlook. Natural stone, for example, brings an authenticity that manufactured materials simply can’t replicate. Every slab carries its own movement and variation, adding character that only becomes more beautiful over time. Custom ceiling treatments draw the eye upward, adding architectural interest and making rooms feel taller, more layered.
Lighting was approached with the same level of intention. Rather than relying on a single overhead fixture, we layered sconces, pendants, chandeliers, and decorative lighting throughout the home to create dimension and flexibility.

Designed for Everyday Living
As beautiful as #AspenCourt is, our luxury homes are designed to be lived in.
The kitchen was planned for daily routines and entertaining; the pantry works just as hard while carrying the same design language. Even the furniture design was considered from the earliest stages so they would complement the architecture rather than just fill the space. We also incorporated meaningful pieces our clients already owned, giving this new build an immediate sense of history and personality.
