As part of their global 2022-2023 Kitchen Design Contest, our Blue Sage Kitchen stood out among countless entries, earning a spot in the TOP 10 for the Southwest. This recognition underlines our ability to merge cutting-edge appliances with seamless design.

Gold Nugget Awards: Best Custom Home (5,000-7,000 sq. ft.)

Honoring the best in custom residential design, this award celebrated the Modern Sunset home for its exceptional layout, stunning natural materials, and integration of indoor-outdoor living.

Iconic Design Awards

Iconic Award – Modern Sunset Primary Bath: Recognized for its luxurious yet functional design, this bathroom combines natural elements with elegant finishes.

Gold Award – Modern Sunset Great Room: This award highlights the balance of warmth and luxury in the heart of this home, featuring sophisticated layers of texture and light.

Silver Awards – Pinnacle Peak Estate & Blackstone Estate: Both On-The-Boards designs were praised for their visionary layouts and approach to blending timeless elegance with modern functionality.

Arizona Masonry Council: Citation Award – Residential

This award celebrated our commitment to architectural integrity through the expert use of masonry. The project demonstrated how thoughtful material choices elevate both durability and design appeal.
