After our initial Kickoff Meeting of getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your needs, we begin to design your luxury home. Methods We Use To Articulate Our Designs:
Hand-drawn & Photorealistic 3D Renderings
At Alisha Taylor Interiors, we create stunning 3D hand-drawn & photorealistic renderings with specific views of each room to capture the complete design in a format that you can visualize. We use various computer programs, such as CAD & SketchUp to digitally build walls, doors, windows, and ceilings to your floor plans precise measurements. Our in-house rendering artist uses these technical drawings to exquisitely hand draw your space using all the accurate details to best represent what your dream home will look like.
Storyboards
In addition to our 3D hand-drawn renderings, we create storyboards that allow us to break down the elements piece by piece so you can see how all the details work together in each room. Every room receives a custom storyboard so that no detail goes untouched!
Material Samples
While the 3D renderings and storyboards are some of our favorite ways to articulate our designs, we also love to bring in material samples. These samples allow you to touch and feel the quality of each element and know the intended texture and/or coloring to visualize the space. We have a large sample room in our design studio which holds hundreds of different samples from tiles, wood flooring, cabinet hardware, etc., which allows us to work efficiently on your design.
