This is where all the behind-the-scenes work happens to ensure your home comes together flawlessly—without you lifting a finger.
The Ordering Process
We understand that waiting for your dream home to take shape requires patience. Trust us—we’re just as eager to see everything come together! Each selected piece must be ordered, handcrafted, and shipped, but you don’t have to worry about the logistics. We handle everything from purchase orders to tracking shipments.
All items are sent to our trusted receivers at Fully Loaded Deliveries, where they undergo a detailed inspection as items arrive. Any issues? We handle it. Our furniture handler team submits images, stores each piece safely, and ensures every item is in perfect condition before install day.
Throughout the Procurement Phase, we’ll keep you updated bi-weekly so you’re always informed. If there are any unexpected delays or back-ordered items, we’ll communicate that right away. Should an item arrive with any imperfections, we take care of all manufacturing claims, repairs, and reorders—before anything reaches your home.
Understanding the Ordering & Procurement Timeline
Custom furniture isn’t mass-produced—it’s crafted with skill and care by artisans who take the time to ensure every detail is perfect. Because of this, lead times can vary. While we provide estimated timelines directly from factories and workrooms, adjustments can happen.
Depending on the level of customization and the complexity of your project, the Procurement Phase typically takes 6 to 9 months, sometimes up to a year. Our Operations Director, Rebecca, will keep you informed about your specific timeline so there are no surprises.
