Our #WestWingEstate is taking shape on the hillside, and we love seeing the plans come to life alongside the builder.

During construction, our job is to stay close to the work by answering design questions, clarifying details, & make decisions with the builder as conditions take shape on site.

That collaboration helps everyone keep moving toward the same finished home!

Open concept isn’t out. It’s evolving.

We’re seeing luxury homes take the best parts of an open floor plan and pair them with spaces designed for a very specific purpose.

The kitchen and great room still flow together, but the dining room gets to feel like its own destination again. The main kitchen becomes more approachable, while a back kitchen handles the extra appliances, storage and, yes, the mess.

A beautiful home is one thing, but a home designed around how you actually live is another.

A good builder and interior designer should make each other’s jobs easier.

On a custom home or full remodel, our job is to think through the design details early, from cabinetry and lighting to materials, elevations, and all the little decisions that eventually make their way into the field.

We bring clear drawings, detailed specifications, and open communication so your team isn’t left guessing.

And when something changes? We work through it together.

We believe the best projects happen when everyone brings their expertise to the table and works toward the same goal!

Industrial design can feel a little sharp if every line stays straight. For our #SolveigHouse design, lead designer, @faye_alishataylorinteriors, kept the crisp edges and clean lines that give the home its modern industrial feel, then brought in curves, natural materials, and lighting that softens the space.

“Those choices give your eye somewhere to pause without losing the character of the design.” - Faye Serwa

From the start, we want to understand how you want your home to feel, then make sure every detail supports that vision!

Another Annual Dinner with the very best team. 🤍

An evening to step away from the drawings, selections, site visits, and deadlines to celebrate the people behind it all.

I am so grateful for this group and the talent, care, and personality each person brings to ATI. We work hard, have a lot of fun along the way, and genuinely enjoy doing this together. Beautiful homes are always a team effort, and I couldn’t ask for a better one.

Cheers to another year of creating, growing, and raising the bar together. 🥂
