Each selected piece must be ordered, handcrafted, and shipped, but you don’t have to worry about the logistics. We handle everything from purchase orders to tracking shipments.

All items are sent to our trusted receivers at Fully Loaded Deliveries, where they undergo a detailed inspection as items arrive. Any issues? We handle it. Our furniture handler team submits images, stores each piece safely, and ensures every item is in perfect condition before install day.

Throughout the Procurement Phase, we’ll keep you updated bi-weekly so you’re always informed. If there are any unexpected delays or back-ordered items, we’ll communicate that right away. Should an item arrive with any imperfections, we take care of all manufacturing claims, repairs, and reorders—before anything reaches your home.

Custom furniture isn’t mass-produced—it’s crafted with skill and care by artisans who take the time to ensure every detail is perfect. Because of this, lead times can vary. While we provide estimated timelines directly from factories and workrooms, adjustments can happen.

We are BEYOND thrilled to announce that one of our #BellaVistaEstate remodel project has been featured in Luxe Interiors! This stunning transformation of a dated Tuscan-style home in Gilbert, is a testament to how thoughtful design can completely redefine a space, making it brighter, more functional, and truly reflective of our clients’ lifestyle.

A Fresh, Functional New Look

When our #BellaVistaEstate clients approached us, they had lived in their dark, Tuscan-style home for years and were ready for a change. They envisioned a space that felt fresh and inviting—a home that better suited their suburban family lifestyle. “The house needed more functionality, and they wanted it to feel crisp and clean,” shares Alisha.

To bring this vision to life, we reworked the home’s layout to create an open and airy space. This included removing the rotunda entryway and a built-in bar that no longer served their needs. “They don’t drink, so we took that wall down, which opened up the kitchen to the living room,” Alisha explains. The result was a welcoming great room that encourages great conversation and flexibility for daily activities.

Enhancing Indoor-Outdoor Living

One of the biggest challenges in the original home was its lack of connection to the outdoors. “There was really no access to the backyard because of the fireplace—you couldn’t even see the backyard,” notes general contractor Brad Young. By relocating the fireplace and introducing expansive glass doors, we maximized natural light and created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Now, the home feels open, airy, and inviting.

A Traditional, Cozy Aesthetic

To achieve a timeless yet personal feel, we designed the interiors with a soft, neutral palette, accented by meaningful textures and patterns. “This redesign was all about creating light, bright, cozy interiors.” Subtle floral wallpapers, warm wood tones, and elegant furnishings bring character while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

One of our favorite details was the newly reconfigured primary suite. By adjusting the layout, we created a more intimate and inviting atmosphere. And, in a fun twist, we added a glass door in the bathroom for direct backyard access—“It’s his shortcut to their pickleball court,” Alisha shares.

Our goal was to incorporate amazing architectural elements that add warmth and a cozy feel without veering into too rustic territory.
